Not every job fits a monthly plan. If you need one-off support — a VAT return you've fallen behind on, help getting your books in order, or a set of accounts that need sorting — I offer hourly and fixed-fee work alongside the retainer plans.
This is also a good starting point if you're not yet sure a retainer is right for you. Many clients begin with a one-off project and move to a monthly plan once they've seen how it works.

Is there a minimum term?+
A three-month minimum to give the engagement enough runway to deliver. After that, it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
What if my needs change month-to-month?+
You can move up or down a tier with one month's notice. Most clients settle into Growth within the first quarter.
Do you work with my existing accountant?+
Yes — most clients keep their year-end accountant. I handle the monthly finance function so they have clean books to work from.
Which software do you support?+
Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Business Cloud, and FreeAgent. Plus Dext for receipt capture and bespoke connectors for the Clarity Portal.
